Weekly Updates from Mrs. McNair

January 10, 2021

Good afternoon!

Monday, January 11, our face to face students will return to school in our four plus one model. As we return to school, please make sure you have cleaned out those backpacks, refreshed your masks, and found that water bottle. We want to head back to school, safe and ready for the week.

Monday, January 18, is a school holiday for students and staff, and Tuesday, January 19, is the beginning of second semester.

Some students will get a new teacher for the second semester. Families have been contacted regarding these changes. We are confident that our students and teachers will be successful with these changes and we appreciate your help in making this a positive transition.

Please be sure to communicate ALL transportation changes through a phone call to the front office at 821-0400 before 1:30 p.m. Early dismissals will not be made after 1:30 p.m. Do not communicate transportation changes through an email to the teacher.

Parents with Meadow Glen Middle siblings, check out Exploring the Glen for details about the possibility of Owl Hour through Alphabest.

LOOLA Fridays are scheduled days to pick up library books for LOOLA students. Use this Curbside Book Pick-up at Meadow Glen link to join the fun!

Exploring the Glen and the MGES Website continue to be a great resource for information happening at Meadow Glen Elementary School!

Please keep our school nurse, Rebekah Flanagan, updated on any signs of sickness in your household. Give her a call or email if your student is out sick so that we can best support your family and keep track of the types of illnesses currently in school.

For technical support, use these Directions to submit a BOSS TICKET and Mr. Newell will be able to help you overcome technical difficulties.

Thank you for working with us to Empower each child to design the Future!
