Ms. Nicole Mitchell

I  began my administrative duties by  overseeing two schools, Congaree-Wood Early Childhood Center and Herbert A. Wood Elementary School, in Lexington School District Two. After serving as assistant principal for both schools from 2008 to 2011, I was promoted to principal in 2011. After serving 5 years, I was hired by Lexington School District One as Principal of White Knoll Elementary School, where I currently serve.  

I taught at the elementary level in Virginia and Georgia during my career in education before moving to South Carolina to teach in Richland County School District Two.  I have served as a classroom teacher, writing coach and diversity Coach during her time in Richland Two.

Welcome to White Knoll Elementary where we are committed to making your experience a memorable one!  I am entering my 5th year as AP at WKE and I love it and our team here!

 My wife Margaret and I reside in Columbia with our two daughters Pearson (8) Molly (5) and our son Winn (19 months).   My passions are spending time with my family and Clemson football.  I also enjoy running and playing golf and tennis.  I have an identical twin brother who I am very close to. 

 I graduated Clemson University with a degree in Sports Management in 2004. In 2013 I graduated with a Masters degree in school counseling from South Carolina State University.  In 2016, I obtained my specialist in education degree in educational leadership from Arkansas State University.

Mrs. Martha Goff

I have been married 31 years. My husband Allen and I have three boys. Sam, 24, Aaron 20 and Will 18. Our family enjoys boating on Lake Murray as well as exploring the waterways on our coast. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, days on the beach and gardening. We enjoy Citadel football games and wandering the streets of Charleston - Go Bulldogs!!
