Mr. Will Moody

I am proud to serve as the Principal of Gilbert Elementary School!  The 2019-2020 school year is my twenty-second year in public education and during that time I have worked in five schools across three school districts in South Carolina.  From 1998 until 2005, I was employed as an elementary school counselor in the School District of Newberry County.  In 2005, I moved to Richland School District Two where I continued to serve as an elementary school counselor until 2014.  I transitioned to the role of Assistant Principal in 2014, still in Richland Two, and served in that role until 2018.  After relocating to Lexington, I was named Principal of Gilbert Primary School in Lexington One and am now Principal of Gilbert Elementary School.

Mrs. Sujata Wallace

This year I am celebrating 24 years married to my favorite guy, Romley Wallace. I am blessed to be a mom to 3 amazing kids: Romley III, Asha, and Preeya. Together we all enjoy spending time outdoors: hiking, camping, exploring, swimming, watching football, and spending time on Lake Murray. Being an educator and working with the faculty, students, and parents of GPS have fueled one of my loves. As a wife, mother, friend, and educator, I have found the passion, perseverance, and purpose in my life.
