  • Mr. Branham's Weekly Message
    Week of September 13, 2020

Good evening Centerville Aviator families. This is Mr. Branham, with our weekly announcements. The information I will be sharing each week will also be sent to your email, so feel free to check there, too.

Our A track students will be on campus tomorrow and Tuesday, September 15, this week, and B track students will be on campus Wednesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 17. Please be patient with our teaching staff returning emails and answering questions from our students/families learning virtually each day. From Monday through Thursday, teachers are with their A or B cohort students, face-to-face, from 7:15 a.m. until after all cars and buses are dismissed, sometimes as late as 3:00 p.m. As much as all of our teachers want to fully serve every student, every day, the hybrid schedule makes it more challenging to do so. Our entire staff cares deeply for all of our students and we will work hard to meet all student learning needs as quickly as possible. If you are experiencing a technology or device related issue, please contact the Lexington One technology help desk at 803-821-1201. You may also call our school at 803-821-5900 and choose option #4.

Did you know that all Lexington County School District One students can now receive free breakfast and lunch? The United States Department of Agriculture approved Lexington District One’s free food program for all students until December 31. All AA and BB students can receive free breakfast and lunch at school on their face-to-face days without completing any form or application. Students simply come to school and enjoy the meals. But, AA and BB students who also want to take home meals for their e-learning days must complete a form provided by our school. For our AA elementary students, parents must complete a home meal order form by 9 a.m. each Tuesday. For our BB elementary students, parents must complete a home meal order form by 9 a.m. each Thursday. You can find that form here CES Meal Order Form.

Stay in touch with events and happenings at CES by using our school website or following us on Facebook or Twitter. Our website address is Our Facebook site is and our Twitter handle is @CESAviators.

Start here. Go anywhere. We are ready to take off for another week of learning and fun!!!

    Mr. Heath Branham
    CES, Principal
